Reservation in Pvt Sector

Ya ..i know its a serious issue and i don't want to take a deep dive on this right now..but my hunch says thats it looks imminent .

Rather i am sharing my intended approach to this issue. Once i'll father my ward[Yes, it will happen in some years to come..:) man mein hain vishwaas poora hain vishwaas], i'll surely advice him/her atleast once..to fly abroad for future prospects.

Rest its on them to decide...
